I hate taking public transport
I took public transport to work today because I was assigned to go to one of my customers' office at Waterloo Street. I did not drive there because i could not afford the ridiculous parking fees of $1-per-half-hour rate. I hate taking the public transport during school holidays because the trains and buses are filled with kids running around with stupid light-sabres. I hate it when they hit my legs with their stupid light-sabres and then tell me they are Darth Vader.
Nabei, I miss my car today.

TV still spoilt
The technician came today to take a look at my TV. (He did not come last Friday coz I cancelled the appointment last minute) He tried to change some of the onboard chips, even did some soldering on the spot, but the TV's still spoilt. Eventually, he told me he has to bring the board back to check, as the testing equipments are all back at the office. Sign... no Champions League for me tonite. Damn! Luckily it is AC Milan vs Liverpool, so I supposed it is going to be a low scoring match.
By the way, I have been looking for this album for quite a while, but I can't seem to find it.
I have tried Music Junction, Sembawang Music, Popular, but no, they don't have it. I have not check Tower Records though. But, surprise surprise, i have seen the pirated version in JB, though they produce it as a single disc instead of the original five disc box set. Too bad, i only go for originals for Bon Jovi. Coz I think
Bon Jovi is better than the Beatles. If really cannot find, then no choice but to order from Amazon liao.
It's Friday
I am on leave today because my TV is spoilt and the technician is coming today to take a look. So I woke up at around 10am as the appointment is supposed to be between 10-12. As my TV is only about 1 year and 2 weeks old (yes yes, the warrenty expired 2 weeks ago), I am not very convinced that the TV is spoilt (The last time I switched it on, the screen was flickering). So I tried it one more time again, and it was working fine!
I quickly called up the service center and told them that I want to cancel the appointment as the TV is ok now. But before I hanged up, I asked them why the screen was flickering 2 days ago, and today it is ok.
Technician: "It's the 'in-ter-mee-diant'..."
Me: "What?"
Technician: "In-ter-mee-diant.. it is like dat..."
Me: "Err.. ok.. whatever..."
What the fuck? What is he talking about?
Anyway, so I went for a haircut just now. I went to this particular saloon at Hougang Central. It has a very fresh greenish deco and the whole place look quite "class". As I stepped in, the 3 hairstylists there all said together
"Hello, haircut?"

Overall the haircut is quite good, other than the stylist wet my T-shirt while washing my hair. As the stylist is quite chio, I forgive her.
Suay
This whole week for me damn suay. Last wed my unit number came out as a starter in the 4D. I have been constantly buying the number for a while, but dunno why, I just don't feel like buying it on that day. Nabei.
On Friday night, my computer died. So I have no choice but to get a new one from Sim Lim on Sat. Actually, I have always wanted to get a new PC, so in a way, it was also an excuse for me to upgrade my computer. Went to buy 4D before getting home, and I did not buy my unit number again, thinking that since it already came out on Wed, probably it won't come out again. Tamade! Really came out as a starter AGAIN. wah low. Talk about suay.
Sunday came and I went to buy 4D number on my car plate number. Feeling frustrated for being suay for the past few days, I whacked $25 big and $25 small on the number. Guess what? The number came out in reverse order in the starter category. Pui!
Yesterday, while driving to work along Mandai Road, a small rat jumped out from a container truck in front of me and I ran over it. Could even hear the *splat* sound. Gross right? Then on the way home from Tuas, a flying crow hit my windscreen while I was making a turn. Luckily I was driving slowly as I was turning, else my windscreen would be splattered with blood.
Thinking about all these suay incidents, I thought I should whack one more time on my car plate number. Spent about $100 on today's 4D. And knn, I missed the 1st, 3rd and starter prize by 1 digit.
